PLUMBING ENGINEER-11000-SRPPF-Greenville SC
One (1) Position Available
US Citizenship Required
Location: Greenville SC 29601
JOB SUMMARY / DUTIES:
Plan organize and coordinate process/mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning design and construction phases of engineering projects through project startup.
Prepare and review calculations and specifications relating to P&ID development.
Demonstrate design experience in areas such as but not limited to mechanical systems water and waste systems and equipment design.
Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations and specifications.
Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 or more years experience (nuclear preferred) in design estimating specification preparation
Experience in construction document preparation and related phases of engineering.
Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders) State and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design.
