Summary
We are in need of an experienced RentCafe guru! We recently implemented RentCafe across our multiple sites and are looking for a temporary consultant for the next 6 - 12 months to assist our teams with questions offer 1:1 teaching sessions and document best practices.
Responsibilities
Teach RCAH processes for waitlist move-ins and annual recertifications for individuals or in group settings
Onboard new hires or staff new to the tool into RentCafe duties
Offer refresher courses as needed for staff already trained on the tool
Identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans or lessons based on specific topics
Guide staff through start to end of the process calling out when steps are missed or completed out of order
Create documentation based on BRIDGE specific processes
Although much of this role can be done remotely travel to sites will be required when that is the best setting for the required deliverable
Qualifications
RentCafe Affordable Housing (RCAH) experience required
Demonstrated experience training others
Communicate in a clear and concise manner
Ability to adapt communication/teaching style to the needs of those being trained
Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
Preferred: Yardi Aspire experience
