Job Description

Job Summary:
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking a Concierge/Front Desk individual contributor who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our senior residents and their families. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all. The Concierge/Front Desk will also be responsible for completing administrative tasks managing incoming calls and assisting with various resident requests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the facility in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management
- Manage resident inquiries and requests ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Coordinate resident transportation services and appointments when needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all senior living services and amenities offered at Lantern Crest
- Provide tours of the facility to potential residents and their families showcasing our amenities and services

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with senior residents
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
