THE ROLE:
The SEMI Foundation is seeking a strategic and experienced Digital Systems & Data Manager to lead the integration and management of digital platforms and data systems for the National Network for Microelectronics Education (NNME). This role will ensure a smooth user experience efficient data aggregation quality and strategic utilization of partners and vendors across all digital tools enhancing stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex platform integrations (Salesforce CRM LMS database and resource portals) vendor relationships and establishing robust data governance processes. We are seeking a stellar project manager who can collaborate with vendors and partners to drive results that lead to great user experience. They will also provide strategic direction on data analytics visualization and reporting capabilities.
The Manager will need to be creative energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and projects at any given time.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Program Director NNME. This role will have at least one direct report.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Digital Infrastructure:
- Oversee design procurement integration and ongoing management of digital platforms ensuring data flows seamlessly into SEMIs Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate and manage the integration and alignment of SEMI systems with potential partners.
- Champion a user-first approach driving UX best practices to ensure users can easily access necessary resources across platforms.
- Lead vendor selection technical requirement specifications and contract oversight for digital infrastructure researching and identifying appropriate platforms and products for unique needs.
- Ensure SEMI Foundation communicates a clear vision for digital infrastructure needs.
Data Governance & Strategy:
- Establish comprehensive data governance protocols ensuring data integrity security and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic direction on analytics visualization and reporting tools ensuring actionable insights for leadership.
- Create data pipelines that integrate data from multiple sources and partners for comprehensive reporting.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
- Identify how vendors and partners can best fit within our digital infrastructure driving them to contribute to project needs and shared objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and strategic goals.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure optimal utilization of integrated data systems.
Analytics and Reporting
- Oversee the performance and visibility of the companys online presence to enhance customer engagement; track usage and identify areas of improvement.
- Track measure and report on the effectiveness of the NNMEs digital systems using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 7 years experience in digital platform management strategic data integration and vendor management.
- Strong project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors colleagues and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms.
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proven track record in maintaining data integrity and managing technical operations.
- Proficiency in data extraction data analytics and visualization tools with experience using SQL Tableau Power BI Looker R Python etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the microelectronics/semiconductor industry
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Coding skillset (SQL/Python) and ability to create and maintain automated scripts are desired.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in education technology or workforce development

- Digital platforms consistently deliver accurate timely and easy-to-use functionality for diverse user groups and stakeholders
- Platform & user-generated data is integrated into systems that enable informed timely decision-making across the NNME.
- Stakeholders regularly utilize analytics dashboards and reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Data governance and compliance standards are met or exceeded maintaining data security and stakeholder trust.
- Continuous improvement and refinement of digital integration processes support the NNMEs evolving needs and growth objectives
