Job Description
Job duties include:
Recording account payable invoices;
Obtaining proper approvals; A/P reporting; cash disbursements;
Recording accounts receivables;
Receipts including posting receivables fees and other transactions;
Reconciling member ledgers and general ledger;
Bank reconciliations;
Month end entries and reconciliations;
Preparing financial statements and reports for properties and owners.
Payroll data collection and reporting to third party payroll processors;
Issuing 1099s and preparing 1096;
Answering phone line A/R collections office administration and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Highly knowledgeable in full-charge bookkeeping functions
Punctual reliable an ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Criminal background check and drug testing required
Work is in small office environment M-F 30 hours per week.
