Job Description:
POSITION: Full-Time Registrar Support Specialist (EDP Entry Operator IV):Registrars Office; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours per week Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm; AFSCME Unit I Position
SUMMARY:The Registrar Support Specialist will be an integral member of the Registrars office completing enrollment and master scheduling tasks and creating relationships with students staff and faculty to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person in this role must be able to multi-task maintain flexibility in work assignments and be able to shift between assignments based on the needs of the department. The person in this role must be comfortable with varied day to day assignments and provide excellent customer service and be comfortable in assisting a wide variety of individuals from both within the college and externally.

Additional Information:
SALARY:$1930.85 - $2691.40 biweekly ($50202.10 - $69976.40 annually). Pay grade 14; An appointment from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at Step I of the range.
