Were currently partnering with a vibrant regional health service in Victoria seeking a passionate Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join their growing team.

The Emergency Department:

About the Role:
As a Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine youll play a central role in delivering high-level clinical care mentoring junior staff and contributing to ongoing service improvement and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert emergency care across a wide range of clinical presentations
- Lead and support junior doctors and nursing staff
- Foster collaborative relationships across departments for seamless patient care
- Engage in audits education and quality improvement activities
- Contribute to policy development and uphold clinical governance standards
Who Were Looking For:
- FACEM or equivalent specialist registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable emergency setting
- Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous improvement
- Leadership capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong interest in teaching and mentorship
