Job Description
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Leadership and communication skills
Must personally complete the employment application
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen background check and physical
Ability to work overtime holidays as well as night and rotating shifts
Ability to perform labor-intensive work
Ability to work in extreme temperatures in dusty and noisy conditions while wearing safety equipment
Ability to complete forklift training
Ability to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery
Ability to lift 2-20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally climb steps and ladders work from height and stand or walk for 23 hours at a time for 10 hours
Forklift experience is preferred
Basic computer skills a plus
Post Application Requirements:

Successful completion of pre-employment background check physical and drug screen

desire to work in a manufacturing facility. Weyerhaeuser Company is currently looking for Entry Level Utility team
members to join our Holden Lumber facility.
At Weyerhaeuser we offer positions with on-the-job training and continued growth potential. Our manufacturing facilities
are highly automated and utilize many leading-edge technologies in the wood products industry.
This position is primarily a weekday position with some weekends scheduled as needed.

Key Functions:
Total commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations
Responsible for safely operating equipment and conducting housekeeping activities in each assigned area
Feeding product or placing product onto equipment for processing or removing items after processing
Interpreting work instructions adequately and successfully completing tasks as assigned
Must demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills
Communicating with team members and leadership to improve safety and operating performance as well as
meet job expectation
