Summary/Objectives

Were on the hunt for competitive curious and coachable individuals who want to start their sales career on a winning team. As an Associate Account Executive (AAE) youll be the engine behind our outbound pipelineidentifying connecting with and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with potential customers across SMB Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.

This is a launchpad role with a clear goal: to earn your way into an Account Executive seat within your first 12 months.

  • Competitive base salary
  • $1000/month bonus for hitting your meeting targets (with at least 50% of meetings held)
  • $500/month bonus if you hit 70% of target (also with 50% held rate)

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone email and LinkedIn to generate net new meetings
  • Set monthly goals of 40 total meetings (segmented by account size)
    • 20 with SMBs (under 500 employees)
    • 15 with Mid-Market (employees)
    • 5 with Enterprise (2000 employees or 10000 students)
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact sales meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of all outreaches
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting
  • Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step

Monday Friday 8-5 with occasional after hour work depending on customer and clients needs.
