You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
At least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience working with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of user segmentation personalization and testing frameworks.
Experience integrating Adobe Target with CMS and frontend frameworks (React Angular etc.).
Knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and tag management systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret user behavior experiment results and conversion metrics.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working in agile environments.
Good to Have
Experience with Adobe Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of machine learning-based personalization techniques.
Exposure to customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalization strategies using Adobe Target.
Conduct A/B testing multivariate testing and AI-driven experiments to optimize user engagement.
Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
Utilize Adobe Analytics and other data tools to derive insights and improve targeting strategies.
Maintain and optimize audience segmentation recommendations and dynamic content delivery.
Ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation for seamless reporting and optimization.
Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud advancements and incorporate best practices.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates in the below locations will be- Chicago IL: $75987 to $98784
