Job Description

Job Description Summary

The Customer Fulfillment Manager (CFM) role will be the owner of customer projects from a material health and shop movement standpoint. The CFM will be material planning focal point working on pacing item follow-up solutioning part shortages and cost analysis.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review material health of projects as an input into the scheduling process.
  • Maintain systems to enable reports are accurate for material status.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure material timelines for projects are staying on-track across processes.
  • Solution critical shortages proactively during the lifetime of the project.
  • Validate system accuracy for dates and cost.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and 4 years of experience in material planning and scheduling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage information flow and create comprehensive output
  • Ability to make decisions in a complex environment of conflicting priorities with problem solving and collaboration
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Lean and/or continuous improvement mindset Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience working with Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines/Aviation engine and module configurations
  • Knowledge of/proficiency in Oracle ERP Tableau
