Consultant - Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Consultant to build enterprise-grade reporting for our client with strong security and operational rigor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design develop and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

• Create advanced data models and DAX calculations to support self-service analytics and executive-level reporting.

• Lead the design and implementation of secure governed Power BI workspaces and datasets across business units.

• Collaborate with data engineers architects and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Enforce robust access control strategies and workspace governance to ensure data security compliance and operational rigor.

• Establish performance monitoring and optimization standards for Power BI datasets reports and semantic models.

• Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to enable scalable secure and reliable analytics solutions.

Your experience:

• 8 years of professional experience in data analytics business intelligence or enterprise reporting environments.

• Deep expertise in Power BI DAX data modeling and Microsoft Fabric architecture.

• Proven experience implementing secure access controls role-based security and workspace governance frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI service architecture dataset refresh strategies and performance tuning techniques.

• Track record of delivering scalable maintainable and highly secure analytics solutions in enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience setting standards and mentoring teams on Power BI development data modeling and governance best practices.

• Previous consulting experience is highly desirable!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Salary range for this role is $120000-$150000 per year dependent on experience.
