Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist Medical Marketing to join our team in Krakow.
In this position you will help develop and implement marketing strategies for the medical business in DACH (Germany Austria Switzerland) and CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) regions focusing on Surgical Examination and Healthcare Safety Solutions (HSS) segments while collaborating closely with regional sales teams.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the Manager Marketing CU Marketing Medical Europe you will have the opportunity to:
1. Marketing Campaigns & Activities
Adapt and manage marketing campaigns and materials (e.g. brochures catalogues.
Identify regional growth opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies.
Coordinate with Central Marketing and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Oversee production translation and approval processes for campaign assets.
Track and report campaign performance managing regional marketing dashboards and presenting at internal meetings.
2. Field Support
Assist with the rollout of key programmes through field visits.
Build partnerships with trade associations and GPOs to enhance brand visibility via events webinars newsletters etc.
Deliver basic marketing and product training to sales teams.
3. Product Management Support
Support localisation and launch of new products across Surgical and HSS portfolios.
Ensure availability of samples and materials update sales tools and assist with product phase-outs.
Tailor product communications for regional relevance.
4. Additional Responsibilities
Gather market insights and feedback.
Manage budgets storage and distribution for regional trade marketing.
Provide sales performance reports and strategic recommendations based on volume revenue and margin analysis.
What will you bring to Ansell
Demonstrated previous experience in marketing sales or a related commercial function
Solid understanding of marketing and brand management; knowledge of CRM marketing automation and digital marketing is a plus
Skilled in PC use especially MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and SharePoint.
Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships; excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills; highly organised with effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
Customer and stakeholder focused experience in project management self-driven and adaptable.
Collaborative team player with global cultural awareness; proactive result-oriented and eager to learn.
Languages: Fluent (written & spoken) in German (native) Polish and English
