Your tasks
- As a competent contact person (m/f/d) you will look after our insured persons in all matters - especially in member service
- Establish a close relationship with our customers: With your enthusiasm you will retain and gain new members for BKK Groz-Beckert
- You will advise and support not only our voluntary members but also those insured under the non-contributory family insurance scheme and carry out insurance law assessments for students interns and pensioners
- You will also be responsible for the contribution accounts and the collection of contributions
Your qualification
- Completed training as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) with ideally three years of professional experience
- You have extensive knowledge of statutory health and long-term care insurance and are confident working with MS Office and iskv21c
- Friendly confident demeanour and a high level of customer and service orientation
- Responsible and legally compliant way of working
