BURNCO is looking for ahighly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinatorto join our dynamic ideal candidate should be eager to gain hands-on experience in internal communications marketing support and content creation and coordination. You will be a key team player in helping maintain communication materials and manage assets across the organization. Youll work with collecting and creating multi-media assets document management project management for multiple digital platforms and audiences. This role is perfect for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being accurate efficient and resourceful.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the team by maintaining and updating digital platforms with relevant content across and proactively contributing to the content calendar.
- Assist in reporting on digital performance metrics across platforms like Contact Monkey Bitly Sprout Social.
- Help manage digital tools such as QR codes email tracking segmentation and follow-up campaign support.
- Contribute to content development under tight timelines while staying proactive responsive and detail-focused.
- Create and support visual assets and with a keen interest in design for all digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree diploma or relevant trainingin Communications Marketing or a related field.
- 1 years of experience and advanced proficiency in digital content creation editing and production across multiple platforms.
- 1 years of experience in analytics and creating reports and dashboards.
- 1 years of experience in project managing initiatives and software.
- Strong capabilities using: Adobe Suite Microsoft Suite Google Analytics and Sprout Social (or similar).
- 1 years of social media content creation and reporting.
- Must be an independent and initiative-taking worker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Travel is required to the site locations and a valid class 5 Advanced Drivers License and vehicle is required as well as an up-to-date Passport for occasional travel across the Canada/United States border.
