The Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Security and Intelligence Directorate (S&ID) Chief Program Security and Compliance Branch is responsible for oversight and administration of all relevant Industrial Security (NSIPOM/32 CFR) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) for AFS compliance accreditation and reporting for AFS contracts clients and facilities. You will function as the Corporate Facility Security Officer (CFSO) a Key Management Position (KMP) for AFS and lead all subordinate FSO CSSO and Foreign Ownership Control and Influence (FOCI) Team personnel. You will ensure effective and compliant program operations proposal/M&A support and execution of successful DCSA client and internal audits or inspections. You will be responsible for ensuring all program required strategies staffing planning documentation records reporting team performance and accountability. You must have significant working knowledge and experience as a prior FSO in support of Industrial Security compliance safeguarding classified information and protection of proprietary assets. You must be a strong manager and excellent communicator with extensive leadership skills business acumen and project management experience.

The Work:

  • Advise S&ID Corporate leadership and the AFS Board of Managers on all industrial security compliance related matters
  • Manage and lead dispersed CSSO and FSO personnel in a critical directorate within AFS
  • Proactively address corporate portfolio needs and compliance requirements through advance planning preparation and engagement with AFS program leads.
  • Lead update and apply S&ID Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) across all subordinate programs
  • Proactive and effective coordination and collaboration with S&ID counterparts
  • Maintain an audit ready program at all-times
  • Establish effective and capable on-site and after-hours response capabilities
  • Lead Program Security and Compliance Branch reinvention automation integration and efficiency initiatives
  • Deliver a best-in-class service to support our AFS customers and government clients
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule - requires in-person in-office presence 3 days per week primarily at our Chantilly office

Heres What You Need:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active TS/SCI Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelors Degree or 10 years of management-level experience within the federal industrial security discipline
  • 10 years of experience supporting FSO related functions such as Personnel Security Facility Clearances OPSEC and Special Access Programs
  • 10 years of experience in a combination of the following:
    • Managing a security team with an IC customer
    • Safeguarding experience
    • Managing annual DCSA assessments
    • Experience managing multiple CAGE codes
    • Building and/or maintaining a SCIF SWA SAPF
  • 5 years of working knowledge and understanding of limitations associated with FOCI
  • Excellent working knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 Special Access Program Security Manual ICDs (e.g. ICD 705) SEADs NISS SWFT DISS NBIS e-APP and ITAR
  • Intelligence Community experience and knowledge of related ICD
  • FSO program management certificate required or comparable USG experience/credentials
  • Experience as a Corporate Facility Security Officer
  • DCSA CDSE FSO Certification
  • Ability to travel 4-5 times per year in support of AFS mission or USG inspection requirements

Bonus Points If you have:

  • 3 years using Security Information Management System (SIMS) security software
  • 3 years of experience in SCIF construction
  • 3 years as an Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO); completion of ITPSO curriculum
  • Working knowledge of ITAR
  • Understanding of NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 compliance requirements

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
