Salary: $55000 - $75000 (DOE) Full Benefits Package
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations including food preparation inventory and financial performance.
- Recruit train and develop a strong team of employees to uphold company and brand standards.
- Monitor and control labor food and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and food handling regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain financial reports analyze sales trends and adjust operations as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to boost employee morale.
- 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems inventory management and financial reporting.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees while maintaining high performance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
- $55000 - $75000 annual salary (DOE)
