Position Overview: The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems used in HVAC equipment. This role requires precision technical skills and a thorough understanding of mechanical assembly processes and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Work: Assemble various mechanical components including frames panels and other HVAC equipment parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Use of Tools: Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
Quality Control: Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes materials used and any issues encountered.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers technicians and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
