Job Description

Positions Avalible

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Registered Nurse (RN):

Schedule:

Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
Days Off: Sunday/Monday and alternating Tuesday/Wednesday
New Graduates Welcome: Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compliance Requirements:

To be considered candidates must submit or possess the following:

Updated Resume
Right to Represent (R2R)
Cover Letter
Confirmation of Work Location Eligibility
Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
OIG (Office of Inspector General) & APS (Adult Protective Services) checks
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Active and valid License/Certification appropriate to position (LPN or RN)
2-Step TB Skin Test (completed)
Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination or signed declination form
