Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises Initiative Directors
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead a continuous quality improvement process of the organizations initiatives programs services and support in conjunction with the Director Team.
- Provide supervisory support and oversight for all Directors of Initiatives.
- Facilitate programmatic design implementation and evaluation for all programs.
- Support the Development Department with grant writing reporting and other funding needs.
- Work with finance to prepare annual program budgets and ensure proper budget expenditure on a quarterly or as-needed basis.
- Work with Contract Compliance & Database Administrator to facilitate completion accuracy and consistency of data and compliance.
- Work with Human Resources on policies to create a workplace that is safe supportive and full of opportunities.
- Actively participate in developing and implementing strategic plans in conjunction with the Director Team.
- Work with leadership to develop consistent opportunities for staff to connect with each other in order to cultivate a culture of connectedness.
- Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews for direct reports.
- Represent Cultivate Initiatives to external constituency groups as needed including community governmental and private organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed indoors.
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels from quiet offices to louder industrial settings.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Work requires the ability to perform repetitive movements of the wrist hands or fingers due to continuous use of computer keyboards and other office equipment.
- Being physically present in the CI offices from 8:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday and present for the 8:30am brief and 4:00pm debrief unless otherwise approved by supervisor
- Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or religious exemption
- Must be able to provide proof of Drivers License
