Job Description:
Position Overview: The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems used in HVAC equipment. This role requires precision attention to detail and a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and Interpret Schematics: Understand and follow electrical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Assemble Electrical Components: Assemble electrical panels junction boxes and control systems according to specifications.
Wire Electrical Systems: Perform wiring tasks including routing wires connecting terminals and securing electrical components.
Test and Troubleshoot: Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
Maintain Work Area: Keep the work area clean and organized adhering to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with engineers technicians and other team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical assembly is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in using electrical tools and instruments (e.g. multimeters oscilloscopes) basic soldering skills and knowledge of electrical safety practices.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds climb ladders and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document work.
