As a Auto Glass Technician youll play a critical role in helping us solve customer problems in a fun fast-paced rewarding environment. Youll be working out in the elements at times using your hands and operating in an ever-changing environment that is both fun and challenging. This can be a very physical job and thus the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is needed.

As a Auto Glass Technician youll play a critical role in helping us solve customer problems in a fun fast-paced rewarding environment. Youll be working out in the elements at times using your hands and operating in an ever-changing environment that is both fun and challenging. This can be a very physical job and thus the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair all types of auto bus and heavy machinery glass including windshields windows and mirrors.
- Remove old glass and prepare vehicle surfaces for installation.
- Use the latest industry-standard tools and equipment to ensure proper installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers and answering any questions they may have about the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Effectively communicate with office staff while in the field

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in auto glass installation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Integrity and accountability
- Valid drivers license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
