Job Description
Training and Development Program Specialist
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive internship and new hire rotational programs that align with organizational objectives and provide participants with structured learning experiences.
- Work closely with department managers and HR to define program goals identify skill gaps and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding to integrate interns and new hire rotational employees effectively.
- Manage all logistical aspects of the programs including scheduling venue arrangements and resource allocation.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness through feedback performance metrics and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or a related field.
- Cordinator or similar role with a track record of coordinating comprehensive internship and rotational programs in a corporate environment.
- 35 years of experience in training and development program coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
