Job Description

Role Purpose:
To drive accurate demand forecasts optimize inventory levels and align cross-functional teams to ensure product availability efficient operations and the achievement of business growth objectives.
Accountabilities & Impact:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data market trends and customer insights
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations to align demand plans with business strategies.
- Analyze sales patterns product lifecycle changes and promotional impacts to adjust forecasts.
- Support the integration of demand planning tools (e.g. O9 software PowerBI) and create Excel-based solutions as required.
- Monitor key metrics (forecast accuracy service levels inventory levels) and recommend improvements.
- Provide inputs for S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align on demand-supply balance.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Data Management or similar; 1 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and forecasting demand.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g. O9) and data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the individual.
