Medicine Hat High School

Probationary Physical Education Teacher

2025-2026 School Year

A 0.75 FTE Physical Education teacher is required at Medicine Hat High School. This probationary position requires a Physical Education major or minor who can teach at the high school level. This educational team member should have an adaptive style that can create an inspirational creative and inclusive classroom climate as well as maintain a strong focus on all elements of the Optimal Learning Environment. A commitment to extra-curricular activities such as a willingness to coach would also be a definite asset. This individual must value student learning and achievement and agree with the mission vision values and goals of the school and the school district.

Located in the Southwest Hill area Medicine Hat High School has a total student population of approximately 1300 students. Medicine Hat High School provides students with a sound academic program in a safe and caring environment.
