The Position:
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators preferably within the food manufacturing industry. You will operate and monitor processing equipment and filling machines. This is a hands-on technical role which will require you to adjust process parameters to maintain product consistency and perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications. Our Machine Operators play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are perfect for our consumers.
Essential Experience:
- Technical Skills: Previous experience working with processing equipment automation systems and quality control principles.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods lift to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with production maintenance and quality teams.
- Availability to work day and night shifts
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience working in the food processing industry with automation systems and quality control principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret production data troubleshoot process deviations and take corrective actions.
- Previous experience working with CITECT SCADA.
