The Role:
As a Senior Product Owner within our Retail Payments team you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of key new functionality for the Retail Payments core product and services. This includes collaborating with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs translating those needs into product requirements managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on evolving requirements.
Your role will see you work closely with the Processing & Security Senior Product Manager and the Core Delivery Squad to develop the product roadmap and monitor progress to ensure the services align with product requirements.
This role also involves ensuring the product meets all launch requirements including customer and internal readiness. This will require working with cross-functional teams and documenting processes and procedures to support a successful roll-out of products that deliver business value.
The successful profile for this role is:
- Proven experience in end-to-end product owner of payment processing and authorisation products or services with exposure to Card Scheme solutions and relevant technologies and tools.
- Proven strong ability to converse with a range of stakeholders including end-users at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven examples of being a product owner and successful roll out of a product in line with the product vision.
- Robust knowledge of the Payments industry as well as E-Commerce products.
- Deep understanding of payment processing & authorisation procedures.
