The Challenge
We are growing & scaling and we are in need of tons of tools to help improve and streamline our processes (both store-front and back-end). We have a team of skilled developers and your job is to ensure that what we needs gets done - with quality and on time.
Early Success Milestones for this role
Deliver and implement the tools that are currently in the pipeline of the IT team.
Your Team When You Join Us
You will collaborate with the Executives and Managers of the team to align on business and operations needs. You will also lead a team of 6 Full Stack Developers to get these projects done.

Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis were open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.
