Bookkeeper (ZR_24019_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) Monday to Friday Flexible within client business hours
  
• Client based in Canada - Eastern Daylight Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the client s financial operations on a part-time remote basis. In this role you will manage daily bookkeeping tasks that help maintain accurate financial records and support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering invoices and ensuring timely processing
  
• Handling payment processing and posting
  
• Performing bank and account reconciliations
  
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
  
• Assisting with other bookkeeping duties as required to support the finance team
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping with strong knowledge of accounting principles especially accounts payable and receivable
  
• Ability to calculate post and manage financial data accurately
  
• Strong data entry skills and comfort working with numbers
  
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
  
• Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
  
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

To perform this role effectively you will need a reliable computer and internet connection that meet the following minimum specifications:

• Windows: Intel i3 (6th Gen) or Ryzen 5 (3rd Gen) processor 8GB RAM Windows 10 or newer
  
• Mac: Intel i5 (6th Gen) 8GB RAM macOS Catalina or newer
  
• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for smooth online access
