Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Design & Project Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing HVAC systems managing repair and maintenance projects ensuring timely completion and meeting client specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge site management skills and experience with HVAC equipment in commercial or industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC System Design:
Prepare HVAC load calculations duct sizing and equipment selection.
Develop design drawings and BOQs as per project requirements.
Use CAD and related design software for detailed layout and documentation.
Project Management:
Lead HVAC installation repair and maintenance projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with technicians contractors and clients for smooth execution.
Monitor project schedules cost estimates and resource allocation.
Technical Supervision:
Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance for on-site rectifications.
Ensure repair and maintenance procedures follow OEM and industry standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain project records maintenance logs and service reports.
Prepare progress updates and client communication documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure all systems comply with local codes safety regulations and environmental norms.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2 5 years of experience in HVAC design and project execution (preferably in the repair and maintenance industry).
Proficiency in AutoCAD HAP/TRACE software MS Office.
Knowledge of AHU VRF/VRV chillers ductable and split units pumps and air balancing.
Strong problem-solving communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to sites and manage fieldwork.
