Your Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Inspire coach and lead an experienced retail team
Build a high-performing supportive store culture
Provide regular training and feedback to encourage growth and succession
Sales & Commercial Success
Drive sales and exceed targets through KPI setting and team motivation
Use commercial insight to influence product focus and visual merchandising
Deliver exceptional customer service every time
Operational Excellence
Oversee smooth day-to-day store operations
Manage rotas compliance reporting and all stock-related processes
Ensure store standards reflect the brand s premium positioning

Proven experience in retail store management ideally within a customer service-led or lifestyle environment
A natural leader who s hands-on proactive and people-focused
Strong commercial skills with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Confident with stock management compliance and retail operations
