Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver caregiver training to strengthen therapeutic outcomes
  
• Monitor and maintain billable activity for both yourself and your team
  
• Provide direct clinical services and supervise support staff
  
• Evaluate session notes and behavior data to ensure quality and compliance
  
• Organize and lead clinical team meetings and oversee BTs RBTs and ABA interns
  
• Develop and implement staff training and professional growth programs
  
• Complete evaluations treatment plans and reports on time
  
• Work with families to align treatment goals and ensure collaborative care
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical quality initiatives
  
• Ensure adherence to ABA best practices and uphold BACB guidelines
  

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB standards)
  
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental differences
  
• Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in data-driven decisions
  
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
