Job Description

As a Full-Time BCBA (25 hours/week) in a hybrid role you will provide on-site (clinic and school-based) and remote services. This position includes the flexibility to conduct remote supervision of RBTs and one remote workday per week after the new hire probation period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Delivering direct ABA services to support children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.
  • Collaborating with families caregivers educators and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) including conducting remote supervision sessions in alignment with BACB standards.
  • Maintaining accurate timely documentation and ensuring services comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • Providing services across daycare school and clinic settings while maintaining at least 25 weekly billable hours.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Newly licensed BCBAs and candidates preparing to sit for the exam within six months are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to obtain a Maryland license within 30 days of hire.
  • If a licensure becomes required in Washington DC candidates must be willing to obtain it.
  • Experience providing supervision to RBTs or other staff with the ability to conduct supervision in person and remotely in alignment with BACB standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a collaborative team-first mindset.
  • Passionate about helping children reach their potential with a focus on ethical high-quality care.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
