We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Manager to join our team in Fayetteville NC. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organization and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality ABA therapy services to families and children with autism.
Job Description:
As the Bilingual Intake Manager you will be the first point of contact for families seeking services at AutismCOE. You will oversee the intake process ensuring a smooth transition for families as they begin their journey with our therapy services. You will also provide excellent customer service schedule appointments and manage communications with both English- and Spanish-speaking families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for families inquiring about services offering guidance support and information on available options.
- Conduct initial intake calls and assessments gathering necessary information about the child and family needs.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for evaluations and therapy services.
- Act as a liaison between the clinical team and families ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the intake process.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions intake information and documentation in the client database.
- Ensure proper data entry of client information into our system maintaining up-to-date records.
- Review and update client data regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and track client progress scheduling follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure families fully understand the intake process and services offered.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new clients.
- Provide ongoing customer support as families transition through the intake and therapy process.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate empathetic and patient with families and clients.
- Knowledge of ABA therapy services is a plus but not required.
