We are looking for a highly experienced Office Clerk for a local Industrial company. A successful candidate will have a minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including - Microsoft office Outlook Adobe Excel & Word. Ideally the candidate will have prior experience with purchase order processing. We are looking for a team player interested in contributing to the success of an expanding organization. Duties include-
- Answering main phone line.
- Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
- Purchase orders.
- Computer based file sorting creation monitoring.
- Data entry.
- Mailing/ small item shipping.
- Answer customer telephone calls.
- Keep track of materials needed and place orders
- Ensure deadlines are being met
- Billing/Invoicing
- Filing jobs
Requirements
- MUST have experience working in a similar industrial role
- Must have at least 5 years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Good work ethic
- Long-term job holder (no job hoppers)
