Job Description

This is a high-impact strategic role responsible for identifying designing and driving transformational initiatives with the potential to significantly influence revenue growth brand positioning and long-term market expansion. The scope of the role spans across high-leverage opportunities such as international market entry the development of adjacent products or services strategic partnerships viral growth strategies community building certifications and learning platforms and new offer innovation.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy marketing and innovation acting as a catalyst for scalable growth initiatives and ecosystem expansion. This role requires a combination of creative thinking commercial acumen and strong execution capabilities.

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) working closely with cross-functional teams to turn bold ideas into tangible outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Mapping & Community Identification
Conduct strategic mapping of the broader ecosystem to identify key audiences and potential contributors. Prioritize the recruitment of high-impact community members based on alignment with mission value creation potential and network influence.

Community Discovery & Engagement Design
Continuously uncover insights about potential and existing members to inform the design of community programs. Develop and refine onboarding and engagement strategies that create relevance connection and long-term loyalty.

Event Strategy & Experience Design
Design community experiences with intention from large-scale events to Moments that Matter throughout the member journey. Ensure every interaction is meaningful inclusive and aligned with strategic goals.

End-to-End Event Execution
Own the full lifecycle of events from concept to execution. Manage invitations content logistics and follow-up to deliver seamless and memorable experiences that deepen engagement.

Experience Facilitation
Act as a facilitator and guide for community spaces. This involves content delivery but also holding space for dialogue co-creation and relationship building.

Stakeholder Relationship Management
Foster authentic impactful relationships with and between community members. Serve as a trusted connector and advocate ensuring all voices are heard and valued.

Community Program Development
Design and implement strategic programs that enhance member experience deliver measurable value and contribute to overall community and brand objectives particularly through events and collaborative initiatives.

Community Performance & Health Monitoring
Track and analyze key metrics to assess the health growth and engagement of the community. Use insights to iterate and continuously improve strategy programming and impact.


Success in this role will be measured by the following key outcomes:

  • Reach and Coverage
    The percentage of existing users actively engaged and served through community-driven programs and initiatives.

  • Community Growth
    The ability to attract and engage new audiences through community channels expanding reach and relevance beyond the current user base.

  • Engagement & Retention
    The depth of member participation quality of interactions and long-term retention within the community ecosystem.

  • Member Satisfaction & Feedback
    Positive qualitative and quantitative feedback from community members reflecting the value inclusivity and impact of the experiences delivered.



Requirements

Human-Centered & Insight-Driven
  • You bring 2 years of experience in actively listening uncovering and deeply understanding people s needs whether they are clients community members coachees or travelers. Your approach is grounded in empathy curiosity and connection.
Skilled Communicator & Negotiator
  • You have a strong track record of designing presenting and finalizing proposals or deals. Whether negotiating terms aligning on shared goals or closing an opportunity you know how to build alignment and deliver value.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
  • With over 2 years of experience engaging diverse stakeholders you know how to build trust inspire action and foster meaningful collaboration across hierarchies cultures and contexts.
Inclusive Connector Across Audiences
  • You re comfortable engaging individuals across a wide spectrum C-suite executives youth participants individual contributors seniors and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You adapt with ease and authenticity.
Experience Design & Facilitation
  • You ve spent at least 2 years designing and organizing impactful experiences. Whether workshops events or immersive journeys you think intentionally about every detail. You also know how to hold space for others as a coach facilitator trainer or guide supporting meaningful dialogue reflection or growth.
Process-Oriented & Operationally Minded
  • To support scale and efficiency you ve designed and implemented tools or processes ranging from simple templates to more complex systems or digital solutions. You believe in working smarter not just harder.
Adaptable Autonomous and Action-Oriented
  • You thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments. You re comfortable with ambiguity and can quickly make sense of complexity turning it into clear direction and actionable solutions. You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
