Job Description
We are seeking a Production Foreperson to work at our plant. This position is on our weekday night team that works a 4-10s schedule Monday PM through Friday AM. As part of your job you will be responsible for:
- Providing coverage for time off requests for Ink Technicians and Shift Supervisors
- Assisting in all activities of Ink Production
- Issuing daily Assignments follow up on Assignments assist Supervisors as needed
- Serving as the lead person when covering for Shift Supervisor
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of all workstations in Production
- Good written and verbal communication skills to motivate and encourage team members
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance
- Basic understanding of daily work flow through all departments in basic equipment
- Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be flexible with work schedule
