The Director Product Management Nonprofit is responsible for a product category within our portfolio of nonprofit-focused software solutions driving and shaping the overall product strategy and roadmap with a focus on people leadership and customer impact. You will mentor and manage a team of Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities set product direction and guide product releases that serve mission-driven organizations. You will be the leader and end-to-end owner for a group of products including Daxko Operations Daxko Accounting and Daxko Core dedicated to driving the groups growth and value with a metrics-driven mindset.
This role is responsible for setting the vision and market strategy for our nonprofit product suite developing business cases building roadmaps and achieving financial and customer experience goals. As the leader for this product category you will own and execute the go-to-market strategy across teams and ensure successful launches adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
Youll partner closely with product leadership Sales Marketing Engineering and Customer Success to bring innovative ideas to life. Were looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about the nonprofit space comfortable with ambiguity and ready to roll up their sleeves.

The salary range for this role is $158400 - $221900 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
