Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toledo OH. This role involves providing professional support to clients resolving inquiries and maintaining positive relationships. The ideal candidate will be organized empathetic and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in resolving product or service concerns by clarifying issues offering solutions and following up
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Manage order processing account updates and service tracking
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Lead
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
