Job Description
The Developer / Systems Analyst is responsible for the full lifecycle support of custom web applications including WebAFM WebFTA WebFCR ESVMS. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements designing technical solutions and implementing application enhancements and bug fixes. The Analyst will actively participate in user engagement activities such as Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and Gemba Walks to ensure alignment with end-user needs. Key deliverables include user stories release management plans standard operating procedures (SOPs) release notes and documentation to support requirements testing and implementation activities.
