Job Description
- Lead and manage field teams handling inspections service calls and system installations
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes AHJ regulations and internal quality standards
- Coordinate with scheduling teams for efficient service delivery
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians in the field
- Monitor job progress customer satisfaction and cost efficiency
- Participate in hiring training and evaluating field staff
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years in the fire protection industry (inspection service and installation)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm sprinkler and suppression systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- NICET certification preferred
