Work Performed:
The Food & BeverageAttendantwill be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Complete the sanitization/disinfection/cleanliness of work area including counter tops utensils equipment and refrigerationequipment;
Present complimentary breakfast reception by obtaining supplies clearing dishes wiping table restocking buffet area.
Provide a high level of customer service including resolving customer concerns in a warmand professionalmanner;
Able toperform the duties ofa complimentary bartender busser cook or serverasneeded;
Knowledge of menus presentation and preparationmethods;
Ensure that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holdingtemperatures;
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination keepingcompartment sink side boards and refrigerators clean andsanitized;and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous food service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally and 15lbs regularly
- Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
- Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
- Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings nightsweekends and holidays
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
