Job Description

Recorded Futures Security Intelligence Solutions are used by our clients to stay on top of threats to
their business. In our tools and the tools we integrate with they can create alerts or search analyze
and process the cyber security information we are providing.


The Integrations teams are responsible for building and continuously improving partner integration
solutions our technical vendor hub and self service tool called Integration Center along with our
free tool the browser extension. These apps are built on top of our immense dataset collected by us
and other parts of the organization.


We work in autonomous delivery teams with developers engineering owners product managers
designers and QA working together to create efficient great looking and useful products.
We are looking for a highly motivated and senior Manager to join our team in the Integration &
Cyber Threat domain. You will be a part of a global team and work closely together with colleagues
in the Ukraine Sweden and US. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of talented
professionals who work on building out our important network of integrations vital to the success of
the company.


What youll do:

  • You will be working in a global Integrations team
  • Part of a small team of Engineering owners and other integration leads exploring how to
    push the edges of whats possible in our partners platforms
  • Being the technical contact within our partnership
  • Evaluate new capabilities usages of new technologies
  • Provide guidelines and best practices coach your team on technical issues solutions and
    deliverables
  • Provide input to planning estimates and work break down
  • Coach and guide team members in work packages and tasks within the area
  • Provide documentation as needed
  • Hold knowledge sharing sessions and training
  • Take care of the team from a manager perspective hold regular 1-1s and merit
    conversations as needed
  • Responsible for hiring within your team


What youll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Manager or Technical Lead
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Solid experience in working with large-scale business critical cloud based production
    environments
  • Experience as a developer preferably with Python
  • Ability to work all the way from high level architecture design down to efficient code
  • You have a good understanding of system design data structures and algorithms
  • Be able to take initiatives and collaborate across teams
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or
    equivalent education / practical experience


Nice to have

  • Experience working in a SOC or equivalent
  • To have at least a couple of years of experience in the architectural level of managing
    products in one of our Integration partnership areas such as Splunk Palo Alto or Microsoft
  • To have a background in coding.

The integration team is based in central Gothenburg. We sit in a great office with wide spaces and
views over the rooftops of Gothenburg. We collaborate closely within the teams and discuss
solutions (big as well as small) frequently and happily across the ongoing deliveries. We help and
support each other in finding the right solution in an inquisitive and open way.
