Job purpose:
In order to cope with increasing business needs we need Olympic System Expert (Officer or Assistant Manager) to join our fast growing department. The chosen candidate will act as coordinator representing business to work together with system provider and BOC IT colleagues in Luxembourg London and Head office. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
- Representing business side to coordinate work flow with BOC IT.
- Participate the testing activities carried out by business side
- Make detailed plan for 2nd phase of STP automation.
- Acting as centralization point of production issues and responsible for solutions.
The chosen candidate will also be trained and assigned of daily custody service tasks. This will ensure a long and bright career development path in our organization.
Responsibilities would be but not be limited to the following:
- Representing business side to coordinate work with BOC IT
- Participate the testing activities carried out by business side
- Make detailed plan for 2nd phase of STP automation.
- Acting as centralization point of production issues and responsible for the solution.
- Participate daily custody service works including but not limited to safe keeping settlement proxy voting corporate actions income events and tax etc.
- Contribute to internal cross-training and operational procedure setup.
- Other tasks assigned by team manager and/or department head.
Qualifications :
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance Accounting Banking or Business Related Studies
- Minimum 2 years of working experience. Working experience with Olympic is decisive advantage
- Fluency in English are essential; Chinese and other languages will be an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Olympic system and its satellite application.
- Good numerical IT and system testing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- Expertise knowledge of S.W.I.F.T.
- Fluency in English is essential; Chinese and other languages will be an advantage.
- Experience of Olympic implementation for custodian banks private banks is an advantage decisive.
