Senior UI Developer (React & Node JS)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer (React & Node JS) to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves designing developing and deploying compelling web and mobile applications using React ecosystem technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into innovative digital solutions ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality deliverables that support business growth and client satisfaction.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React (version 16) and React Native
• Experience with Redux React Router and additional React libraries
• Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6)
• Familiarity with version control systems especially Git
• Knowledge of REST API integration and consumption
• Experience working within Agile development environments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript in React projects
• Mobile app deployment and performance optimization
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme

Overall Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain high-quality React-based web applications and React Native mobile apps
• Work closely with product managers designers and backend teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions efficiently
• Collaborate on creating intuitive responsive interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives
• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain application stability
• Write clean scalable and well-documented code
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure software reliability and performance
• Keep current with emerging trends and advancements in React and frontend development to implement best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tools

• Domain experience in finance retail or enterprise sectors is a plus
• Experience working in Agile teams participating in sprint planning and reviews
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decision-making

Day-to-Day Activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Develop test and deploy high-quality React and React Native applications
• Participate in code reviews pair programming and team knowledge-sharing sessions
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues providing timely resolutions
• Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback
• Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security protocols
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in React ecosystem to drive innovation
• Document development processes APIs and technical specifications

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience in web and mobile app development

Certifications (Preferred):

• React certifications or relevant mobile development certifications
