Job Description
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (12-Month)
Special School District (SSD) board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) provide applied behavior analysis in support of students throughout St. Louis County. Through your thorough and careful assessment and ongoing monitoring of students you will create and supervise plans to ensure they develop the skills they need to thrive and feel empowered. As a valued member of an educational team including special education teachers paraprofessionals and registered behavior technicians you will also foster skills and knowledge among your colleagues offering coaching and modeling to ensure students receive consistent therapy.
BCBAs work during school hours Monday through Friday. The start and end times may vary depending on the building assignment. Occasional work after school hours may be required. Travel is required as the position serves multiple early childhood classrooms. We are currently seeking a BCBA to serve the following location(s):
- Normandy Early Childhood Center: 7855 Natural Bridge Rd St. Louis MO 63121
- Jennings Early Childhood classroom: Fairview Primary School 7053 Emma AvenueSt. Louis MO 63136
- Riverview Gardens Early Childhood: Michelle Obama Early Childhood Academic Center 1111 Saint Cyr Rd St. Louis MO 63137
Salary
- $62632 to $104277/yr. based on education and experience

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in special education behavior analysis or a related field required
- Masters Degree in special education behavior analysis or a related field preferred
- Specific experience in behavioral and instructional strategies training related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses preferred
Certificates Licenses Registrations
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) required
- License issued by the Division of Professional Registration (LBA) preferred
