In this role you will take inbound and outbound calls communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience. Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls
Identify the nature of the call collect relevant information and provide solutions
Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF UTAH. We cannot consider anyone outside of Utah.
High school diploma or GED preferred. We have protocols for those aged 14 to 17.
Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills and understanding of active listening techniques mandatory
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
