The Accounting Group of the DAmore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University invites applications for an open non-tenure track faculty position to be located at the Boston Massachusetts Campus of the university with employment beginning in August 2025. These are full-time benefits-eligible positions that may be on the Lecturer or Teaching Professor track depending on qualifications and interest. Lecturers are responsible primarily for teaching and some service while Teaching Professors also have research expectations.

Qualifications:
Candidates for a Lecturer must have a Masters degree and candidates for a Teaching Professor must have a doctorate in Accounting or a closely related field by the appointment start date. Candidates for appointment at ranks above the entry-level must have at least 4 years of college teaching and/or professional experience. Candidates must be committed to excellence in
teaching and research and fostering an environment of belonging for our student population.

Pay Range:
Teaching Professor: $164000 - $183000 Lecturer: $92000 - $102000With the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
