Location: Position is Hybrid. Must be able to attend Training onsite for first couple weeks and then will work remote. Must be able to come into office if needed

Salary: $15/hr. plus benefits

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm Monday Friday

About the Call Center Associate - Medicaid Staff role:

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing prompt professional customer service for Medicaid Long Term Personal Care Calls to ensure that all necessary information is covered and gathered from requestors/recipients in a clear consistent and professional that identified problems are promptly addressed documented and resolved in a timely manner and calls routed to the appropriate units. Must complete monthly required telephone monitoring. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of two years customer service or call center experience
• Effective verbal written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to adhere to OAAS and CSS departmental timelines
• At least one year experience working with older adults or persons with disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare elderly and disabled adult populations preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Outlook and Word

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15/hr.
