We are seeking a Bank Loan Settlements Manager to oversee critical operations supporting the Non-Investment Grade Credit Investment Team which manages over $25 billion in assets focused on broadly syndicated bank loans. The role involves working with external service providers managing daily trade routing trade settlements cash operations complex bankruptcy restructurings and account onboarding while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily settlements of trades with vendor while ensuring accurate posting of trades on internal systems
Handle daily cash management for CLOs and hybrid accounts including the transfer of funds to meet foreign currency requirements
Manage complicated bankruptcy restructures and private debt settlements ensuring smooth execution
Perform end of day checks to ensure accuracy of daily work reducing exceptions on next day reporting
Assist Portfolio Management teams to address inquiries involving cash balances and trade settlement statuses
Develop and implement controls and processes to reduce average settlement time of Primary loan trades
Assist in new account set up including KYC processs
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or other business related field preferred
10 years of industry experience preferred
At least 5 years of hands on experience with loan settlements required
2 years of management experience is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of ClearPar LSTA and LMA documentation with a proven ability to execute transactions accurately (required).
Comprehensive understanding of distressed trade settlements and their complexities (required).
Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills to analyze and manage data effectively (strong plus).
Familiarity with Wall Street Office Aladdin ClearPar and Bloomberg enhancing operational efficiency (preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with external service providers.
Proven ability to manage tasks and projects independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $115000-$140000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
